Then in February we received another letter stating the rates were going up again. I immediately contacted the office and was told they look at rates on a national level. These units are located in the middle of the country, no climate control, and no security other than a fence…why were we about to have to pay almost 200 a month for that? We have removed our belongings and the lady I talked to didn’t even care that they were losing business. Poor customer service is what they have now! Bridgette is the facility manager and makes everything smooth and easy!! We are happy to have our things in a safe and secure location.
