I rented a unit at this facility for quite a few years and it changed company names a few times while I had my Possessions there. The one constant was Cindy who runs the facility. She was always friendly and treated me great. There was a few times when I was able to pay my rental fees that I had forgotten to come pay and she always called not just remind me, but to check to see if was OK, showed real concern.

Initially meant to only use this storage for a few months while rearranging my garage but it was so convenient and easy to get in and out of the storage building I ended up keeping my items there for over 2 years! Only leaving because of work relocation. I highly recommend this location and specifically Cindy at the front office. If there was ever an issue or concerns regarding the unit, I could guarantee that Cindy would call to notify me. I once forgot to lock my unit and got a call shortly after leaving the location from her notifying me. In the meantime she had gone and put a facility lock on the door to keep anyone else out until I could come and close my own lock. That means she is doing regular rounds of the facility and noting things that other places would easily overlook. That’s service!!

We needed a storage unit after my dad passed away to store some of his belongings in order to sell his house. We chose KO Storage because of location and price. We didn’t know that we were in for great service too. Cyndie was wonderful from the day we rented until the day we emptied our unit. She was available if we needed any help or had any questions. She is very friendly. We rented for over a year and would do it again if the need arises. Great job Cyndie! We thank you and KO Storage for a wonderful experience.

This is the only storage shed I will use in Wichita. The people here are so authentic and lovely. I’ve had my things here for a year now and every month when it’s time to pay they always call multiple times. They will work with you and make sure you never loose your things. Cyndie is the woman who has been helping me this whole year and she is the sweetest human. She makes sure things are always good. And genuinely cares. I love this storage and I recommend them so much

Not only did Cindy answer the phone anytime I called. She also went above and beyond each time. Nice to see that there are still people out there that like interacting with others and not make you feel like you’re a bother. The kicker is, I’m not even a customer! Just was helping clean out a unit purchased at auction. So really Cindy had no obligation to be as wonderful as she was. I will say that if I have a need for a storage unit, I know where I’m going. It won’t be on my side of town for sure. Thank you Cindy!!!

I have rented multiple units from this location. I have always been treated great, no matter what I needed, if it was available Cyndie would help me with switching units, without a problem bigger or smaller .She’s been an amazing help to me so many times. She’s got so much patience to do the job she’s had for many years& she does it so well!! There are other locations that are closer to where I live& where I work but none of them have her! That’s why I’ve stayed with them for so long. Her experience , kindness , & genuine care for her customers is what’s kept me there so long. She keeps the location grounds& units clean& in good repair. Shes also attentive of who belongs& whom doesn’t. She watches out for her people so everyone can be, safe & happy with their rental experience. That is very hard to find. Thanks Cyndie!

Cyndie has always been so helpful with my storage units, even when changing companies she has always been so great. Her property is always clean and well maintained. She has always been able to help me out when I needed additional units or to move units, has always been able to answer my questions and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to anyone that needs a unit. thank you again Cyndie!!! You rock!!!
