Just rented this unit 4 days ago, still moving stuff in. My husband goes to the unit and the gate won’t open. He calls, no one will talk to him bc they say he isn’t on the account. Nowhere on the application does it ask if I want to add another person to my account. So he calls me, I call them, the lady I talk to is very nice and wants to take care of this issue promptly, she puts me on hold and emails the maintenance person at the unit, she comes back and says that he should be calling me for details. While I am still on the phone with her, adding my husband to my account, he calls. He is very rude, mentioned how he was at home at the dinner table with his family numerous times when he gets this emergent message about the gate not opening at the facility & says he can see the logs that says we got in and out today, which we did not. Just made me feel like a huge inconvenience to him. Then he gets upset with me bc I wasn’t at the property and tells me that I should have someone call that is actually there & I told him I did and no one would talk to him. Then proceeded to tell me that he will be there tomorrow and will look at it then. I’m sorry that I am such an inconvenience, if I had known I would be treated this way I would have paid the extra $10 to get the unit next to my house. Which is probably what is going to happen. Things are really expensive these days you should appreciate the customers you have, we are who pay your salary.
