It was a great place to store. Then FM 127 got flooded and no contact. We tried to move to another location. The call center was great. The on site manager is still not given me a call despite several internal emails to contact me. Great when it works. If you need someone local you won’t get help.

They was awesome and friendly and very helpful. Sam was the one who hooked me up but I talked to one other lady a week or two before and she was awesome too

Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review was no facility map. Had to drive around and find where my unit is. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this facility.

We already had storage units in the facility when KO took over. They improved the facility, and have provided excellent customer service. Constance handled our move out and was very polite and accommodating. We will definitely be using them for future storage needs.

My review is exclusively about KO Storage: MT. Pleasant tx Patrick street. *- Aaron -* Calling the main company number for “KO Storage” anywhere in the US connects you to an automated line that states press 0 to speak to a manager never has connected me directly to a manager but every time I have called I do get connected to random whoever is next in line maybe called “operators” not sure what their exact job title is but they can help you with your problems look up your account do all basic things even if you request speaking to an actual manager (which the computer bot or pre-recorded States press 0 to be connected/speak to a manager then connect you to operators) whoever it does connect you with of operators they can (“eventually”) have a manager call you they cannot connect you nor can you call a manager of any location that is employed or paid by KO storage even though the pre-recorded message or computer / bot states press 0 to be connected/speak to a manager…. I happen to get connected to a guy named Aaron I believe was in Minnesota or Michigan somewhere up north east I am in Texas has stated Mount pleasant….. -*Aaron*- Wherever you actually are even though you are up north and to whomever supervisor or manager or company owner read to this please listen to recorded call… He handled his self and such an exemplary professional way should definitely consider raising him up in the company along with pay raise or Aaron if you read this should definitely consider going somewhere else if you’re making not what you feel is worth your time considering your own personal display of your own integrity and intelligence along with your presentation of how professional you are which assumed by anyone is trained by the company KO storage…. Definitely an asset to the company that is more than likely not appreciated for what you’re worth specifically about how you present yourself along with communication skills all while making a company you are employed by your top priority no matter the circumstance The five stars are for Aaron on with KO storage I hate to admit it but I am behind on my bill pay all Storage has not auctioned my unit off they are definitely willing to work with you this is a good place to go the facility I am currently at is definitely very secure and safe for my belongings along with anyone else’s that are there. Since I am behind on my payment which I signed a green to my lock be cut off that is really the only negative thing I have to say about anything that has to do with the storage facilities company which is throughout United States I’m assuming.. I put a lock I have had for many years that is the same as multiple other locks that was sentimental I got cut off upon me being do not quote me on this but maybe 10 days late past due before they did that… The fact I could not talk to the manager here in Mount pleasant and asked him to dig it out the trash or tell me where they threw it away at so I can dig it out that’s the only negative thing I can say about this company so far I am around a month behind and only have a 20 to $30 Miss payment fee and my unit is still locked up and safe and it’s not being auctioned off at the moment and I have not yet talked to any managers… If this is Red by any managers or company owners go through the call log history and find out who I have talked to before Aaron that stated they would send an email immediately to whoever cut the lock off and have them contact me which never has happened they are not in the wrong for cutting my luck they are in the wrong for hiring people who will lie interstate I will do something and not do it that is what gives companies bad reviews and reputations Aaron handle to yourself so professionally I decided to give this company an actual review besides the fact everything in my storage has been safe for over a year very secure.. This is only bill I have now hope I remember to pay it. I hope they get a credit card machine. I would happy pay for service fee to not have to deal with this one bill.
